Hello aviators! Today, I'm thrilled to share with you my tried-and-tested system for effortlessly acing the pilot knowledge exam. Whether you're just starting your aviation journey or aiming to add another rating to your license, mastering the exam is a crucial step towards reaching your goals. Let's dive in!

Step 1: Read the Designated FAA Books

Begin by immersing yourself in the essential literature recommended by the FAA. Start with the airplane flying handbook, the pilot’s handbook of aeronautical knowledge, and review the pertinent sections in the FARAIM relevant to your rating. Don't worry about deciphering dense legal jargon—the FARAIM conveniently includes recommended reading, making it easier to access the necessary knowledge without getting lost in a sea of legalese.

Step 2: Quiz Yourself

Week 1: Ease into the process by establishing a daily habit. Start with a manageable 5-question quiz each day for the week. Identify any topics you struggle with and delve into the corresponding sections in the handbooks to strengthen your understanding.

Week 2: Increase the intensity by upping the ante to 10 questions per day. Methodically address your weak areas by revisiting the relevant handbook sections and supplementing your study with instructional videos on platforms like YouTube.

Week 3: Challenge yourself with 20 questions per day. Begin with your customary 10 questions, review your weaker topics as in previous weeks, and then tackle an additional 10 questions focusing solely on the subjects where you faltered to solidify your newfound knowledge.

Week 4: Push your limits with 30 questions daily. Kick off with 15 questions, revisit your weakest areas for reinforcement, and follow up with another set of 15 questions targeting those specific topics.

Week 5: Intensify your preparation with 60 questions per day. Start with 30 questions, review your weaknesses, and then tackle another 30 questions centered on those areas requiring extra attention.

Week 6: Enter the final stretch by completing full-length 60-question exams every day for a week. Aim for a stellar score of 90% or higher. Once you consistently achieve this benchmark, you can rest assured that you're fully prepared to excel in the exam.
